Please note our policies. They have been created to improve your experience and to enhance our ability to serve you at Spa Sweet.

 

Credit Card Policy

Spa Sweet requires all clients to provide a valid credit card to put on file to hold all appointments. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated.

24-hour Cancellation + No Show Policy

We have reserved time and space especially for you and therefore require 24-hours' notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. If less than this notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee. No shows will result in charging you 100% of the service. 48-hour notice is greatly appreciated for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Please arrive on time for all appointments to ensure the completion of all services booked. Full payment is required for all services booked even if they are not completed due to late arrival.

When booking an appointment with us you have agreed to our cancellation policy. Please do not argue with staff about this policy.

Cell Phones

To avoid disruption of soothing treatments and services, we request that all cell phone calls be taken outside of the spa. Please silence your cell phones before entering the spa.

Children + Age Requirements

To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service themselves. To receive a service, clients must be 18+ or have a parent or guardian sign a consent to receive services.

Guests

Please do not bring guests, including children to your service. Guests are not permitted in the treatment room at anytime.

Returns

Spa Sweet will exchange or issue store credit for unused products, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if a visible reaction to the product occurs. Gift Cards are Non-Refundable.

Gratuity 

Gratuities are left to your discretion and may be added to your cash or credit card payment.  Our best reward is your personal recommendation to our spa.

Fragrance-Free Environment 

Due to varied fragrance sensitivities and allergies we have adopted a fragrance-free environment. Please refrain from wearing strong scents, perfumes or colognes while visiting Spa Sweet.

Staff Vaccination Status

At Spa Sweet 86% of our employees have reported that they are vaccinated. Due to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission we cannot reveal to customers whether a specific employee(s) is/are vaccinated. As a workplace we do not discriminate due to vaccination status. We do follow all CDC and MN State Board COVID guidelines to continue to keep our customers and staff safe.
