Credit Card Policy
Spa Sweet requires all clients to provide a valid credit card to put on file to hold all appointments.
24-hour Cancellation Notice
We have reserved time and space especially for you and therefore require 24-hours' notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. If less than this notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee. No shows will result in charging you 100% of the service. 48-hour notice is greatly appreciated for cancelled or rescheduled appointments.
Please arrive on time for all appointments to ensure the completion of all services booked. Full payment is required for all services booked even if they are not completed due to late arrival. We look forward to seeing you!
To avoid disruption of soothing treatments and services, we request that all cell phone calls be taken outside of the spa. Please silence your cell phones before entering the spa.
To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service themselves.
Clients must be 18 or have a parent or guardian sign a consent to receive services.
Spa Sweet will exchange or issue store credit for unused products, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if a reaction to the product occurs. Gift Cards are Non-Refundable.
Gratuities are left to your discretion and may be added to your cash, check or credit card payment. Our best reward is your personal recommendation to our spa.
